Attention Software Engineers with gaming/3D animation experience: Interested in working for an Engineering startup? Are you motivated by owning a significant share of the company you work for?

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be part of a small team that started work on a new product in February, 2023. Having launched an MVP late last year, we are now pushing to add new features. You will have the opportunity to drive the direction of the design and implementation, contribute to various aspects of the product, and exercise your 3D coding skills. We’re looking for an Engineer that can offer expertise in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in designing in-browser video games/3D environments using React Three Fiber, WebGL, Three.js, and/or WebGL. We aren’t designing a video game, but we have an interactive 3D environment inside a web app that needs feature work done.
  • Bonus points for experience with the rest of our stack: React/Next.js, iOS, golang, Postgres.
  • Bonus points for experience with Devops, GCloud, Docker, CI/CD, etc.

  • Get rich with equity: Earn increasing levels of equity, in 6-month increments. If we do well, your equity could be worth 7 figures.
  • We are currently offering a small monthly stipend
  • We are in discussions with investors. Once an initial round of funding is secured, we will raise stipends.
  • Once we are profitable, we will provide generous salaries for those who stuck with us since the beginning.

Planning Diva Co is a SAAS startup and launched our event planning software in September 2023. We are building our enterprise version set to launch this summer. We are excited to have the right enthusiastic sales person join our team and launch us into revenue generation. Our team is currently made up of the 2 founders, a sales support representative and 4 software engineers working full time.

Position Overview

This position is unique because it will grow over time. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO in creating a marketing and sales launch strategy for the product. This is a remote position with flexible hours.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have SAAS industry knowledge and experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in proven B2B sales
  • Self starter with entrepreneurial mindset

  • Must be comfortable on the phone
  • Professional Presentation Skills

  • Strategic in developing marketing/advertising campaign for product launch
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Proficient in sales and revenue systems and programs
