Jenny hit upon the concept of the Planning Diva Software in 2022. She was frustrated that there was not an all-in-one software for event planning. The lack of centralized communication became especially aggravating when working with clients and sometimes 20-plus vendors on a single event. Sifting through hundreds of text messages, social media DM's, and emails to find answers to simple questions was cumbersome... it needed to be streamlined. Waiting on flattened, uneditable pdf's from venues for layout was getting old as well. She knew the need for something better was imperative, and she wanted to be on the forefront of creating it for the industry she so loves and adores.

Planning Diva's goal is to offer an all-in-one software solution for the busy event planner, whether they are planning weddings, corporate, or social events. Not just solving the organization and communication problems, we also want to create a solution to the lack of beautiful, realistic layout design. Visually seeing room designs will help answer more questions and close more deals.
